Use to live in brooksville and now I live in Tampa and if I'm craving smoked fish I'll make the drive that's over an hour because it well worth it. The fish is usually done smoking around 5ish, always call ahead to check and reserve your fish! Still expect a wait when stopping by, but as soon as you taste the fish, who even thinks about the wait.
Very good seafood. Smoked salmon was okay. Smoked mullet was very good! Ordered a piece of grouper and one red Snapper and I was in there over half an hour.. Just expect a wait. Didn't seem busy at all but who knows what's going on in the back. I will be going back because the snapper was worth it!January 10, 2017
